Last night the family celebrated my birthday. Since I was away on my birthday it was a bit belated. Vern made stuffed pork tenderloin. We have never made that before but it turned out so good and it tasted delicious. It is definitely something we will want to have again. Thanks, Vern, for a very yummy meal!
