Today we have our staff open house. All the staff families are free to come up and check out all the students' homes. The students also have invited at least one couple over for supper. Therefore yesterday afternoon we had a camp cleanup. Everyone worked on cleaning up our camp sites and raking a lot of leaves off the path. The camp looks really nice. Unfortunately it looks like we could get some rain during the open house. We also had an exciting night as raccoons got into three houses and found some food to eat. (It also tried to get into a fourth house.) Some of it was stored in a plastic container but those raccoons are pretty smart and can open a plastic container. This is not the first night that raccoons have gotten into homes so it could be a long jungle camp if those raccoons are going to be making nightly stops into the houses up there.
