This morning we were back in the kitchen for our final day of scratch cooking classes. Today we did the same thing that we did yesterday, we just had the other group over. Once again it was a fun morning as we bonded over food. I think the week was a success and starting Monday our students will experience a week of cooking from scratch. All mixes and prepackaged foods will be off limits. Our students are planning their menus and are looking forward to trying out some new recipes. Next Friday we will end the week with a scratch week pot. YUM!!!
