Caleb got a promotion at work to a "Production Supervisor". We are VERY proud of him as he has only been working at Chapman's for not quite three years. He started out as a line worker and has been able to work his way up the ranks. He has worked long hours staying later when a job needed to be done. Caleb has a Godly work ethics and it has been noticed. We of course could not let this accomplishment pass us by without celebrating. Yesterday we had a family celebration to honor Caleb and all his hard work. How do you decorate for such an event as this? Well since Caleb works at an ice cream factory I opted to hang up ice cream cones instead of balloons.(In case you are wondering about the "yellow hat", now that Caleb is a supervisor he wears a yellow hat instead of a green one. And the shirt is what Aurora made for her dad.)
