It is always a challenge to get my jungle camp oven at the right temperature for baking. This year I haven't done so well as I have already broken two oven thermometers. In the process of trying to get a nice hot fire some times things get out of control. Once the temperature goes over 600 degree's it no longer works. Since we have less then a week left I won't bother investing in another one. I will just go with, putting my hand in the oven and trying to estimate what temperature it is at.
