Balancing Exercises

As most of you faithful readers know, yesterday I made a trip to see the dizziness specialist in Toronto. One of the things that the doctor said would be helpful, was to do some balancing exercises. The doctor gave me a sheet of all sorts of exercises that I am supposed to try to do a couple of times a day. I lot of the exercises have to do with moving your head one way, then another. First you are to do them slowly and then you do them faster. One of the exercises is to walk across the room with your eyes open and then with your eyes closed. Well, anyone who knows me, I bang into things with my eyes open so if I walk with my eyes closed I am for sure going to end up running into some things and get a few bruises. Another one of the exercises is to walk up and down the stairs first with your eyes open and then with your eyes closed. DANGER, is all I can say! I can walk down the stairs with my eyes open, I don't think I am going to even try that one with my eyes closed. I choose life!

PS my computer doesn't like the select profile so I have to comment with an anonymous. So I'll just sing AG at the end and you'll know who it is. RIGHT?
