This summer some friends gave us a rotisserie for the grill. Today we decided to try it out. Vern looked up a couple of different recipes that he used to marinate the chicken in. It tasted great. The meat was so nice and moist. Now that we have broken it in and it was a successful venture, we look forward to many more rotisserie meals. Thanks Mark and Emma! Wish we could have shared this chicken meal with you.
That chicken looked awesome! Glad the rotisserie worked out:) Wish we could have been there too!! We miss our BBQ but we have a wood burning stove in our livingroom, so maybe we'll do a weiner roast...
