No, we are not moving up to jungle camp in February. However, our thoughts are turning to jungle camp and it is time to start planning and do some preparation for jungle camp 2010. Today I pressure canned our first batch of meat. Then, next week I will be teaching a pressure canning class to our first year students. Our students will be working through meal plans, house plans, and many more things that are on the "to do list" before the actual jungle camp move up day. Oh, so many fun and exciting things are ahead!
