When I went to the doctor last week he went over all the things I could possibly do to help my health issues. The doctor mentioned raising the head of the bed. We have already done that so I figured we already had that covered. However, he mentioned the head of the bed needed to be raised at least 6 inches. We had it raised maybe 3 inches. Vern was able to get some blocks to raise the bed to the height recommended. It has been interesting trying to sleep at this new angle. The other morning Vern woke up and I had slipped down the bed quite a ways. After night when I go to bed, I don't know where I will end up in the morning.

Love it. I use those pretty blocks to raise my sewing table...nothin' like improvising on a dime.
ReplyDeleteHope they're helping.
Vern is actually having a hard time sleeping at this angle so hopefully we will both get used to it.
