Saturday was one of those days in the kitchen when nothing was going right. In the morning when I was cleaning up I accidentally spilled sugar all over the floor. In the afternoon I was going to be making a big supper since Seth and Zachary were home for the weekend. I was baking my roast and decided it put some water in the bottom of the pan. I was careful not to use cold water, but that didn't make a difference. Before I could realize what was happening there was a loud explosion as my big glass bake pan exploded. Glass shot out everywhere. One piece flew out and cut my hand. I was thankful it was just a minor cut. Caleb and Seth helped clean up all the glass but I know there will still be little pieces I find here and there. I ended up making to do plan B for supper, however, I did finish baking the roast and those who were not fearful of eating glass still enjoyed it.
