One thing that is very dear to the heart of missionaries is their children. Since many of our missionaries work and live in very remote areas at some point each family has to face the issue of, what they will do about the education of their children. This week we had a group come up here that works with the M.K. Education and Care department with NTM in the U.S. I found this seminar to be filled with so much great information. I know it will be such a help to our families in their children adjusting to life overseas and as they readjust to North American life when they graduate from high school. I invested a lot of time and energy into educating our children while we were in Venezuela. Vern and I have also put a lot of time, energy, and prayer into trying to help our children adjust to North America life. It is a big hurdle for most M.K.'s. I am excited that we will be forming a team here in Canada that will be helping to assist families in the area of M.K. Education and Care!
