This morning we took to the road again. We got up by 4:15 to get an early morning start. We were making great time and had traveled about 600 km. We stopped for coffee and then realized that we would not be able to continue on to our distination as the road we needed to take was closed due to a mud slide from flooding. It was not due to open up again for another week. Therefore we had to cancel our trip to Buick Creek, B.C. It was a HUGE disappointment as we had really wanted to connect with some dear friends. We had to quickly rearrange our schedule and now are heading to the coast. We would appreciate your prayers for us as we will be on the road for another week visiting friends and a supporting church. We had a bear run right across the road in front of us. It was a bit scary, how we praise the Lord for his protection!
