It would not be a Dyck Family Reunion without a smoke house. Vern and his brothers built a smoke house at his sister Jen's place. Last week they smoked about 10 kilos of pork and made "farmer sausage". A couple of days ago they smoked some salmon. Both of their smoking adventures turned out excellent and was enjoyed by all.
