Since all of Vern's siblings had arrived we celebrated Vern's parents 60th anniversary last night. I am posting a picture of Vern's parents with their children and a picture with them and the four grandchildren that are here. We missed having the whole family here for this BIG event but it was a very special time for everyone who could make it. Susan and Howard made an amazing meal for us. Although it was a rainy gloomy day outside we enjoyed a wonderful evening together. It was fun reconnect with each other and to sit around and hear old stories of "the growing up years". We are looking forward to a few more fun family times before we all have to go back to our homes.
