Yesterday we said good-bye to our daughter. It was so hard to leave her as we would have liked to see her through this sickness. Although the doctors think there is a very good possibility Ruth has Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever there hasn't been a documented case of RMSF in over two years in the UP (Upper Peninsula) . So that causes some concern that she might not really have RMSF. She is trying to get in to see an infectious disease doctor for a consultation. The earliest she can get in is eight days from now. Although she went to some classes today she is still quite ill and she is having terrible muscle pain. Although her rash isn't getting worse it doesn't seem like it is getting any better either. Please CONTINUE to pray for her restored health and wisdom as she works with the doctors to nail down for sure what disease she is dealing with. Ruth will be trying to put in as much time as she can studying for finals. This will be a challenge since she is already so run down. THANKS SO MUCH for praying for our daughter!
