We have all been keeping busy with lot of things. Zachary and Ruth are getting in their last days of work before school starts. I have still been spending a lot of time working out the last details of the kids going to school. The last of their books were ordered today and I have been searching the Internet for a good accident plan to cover Ruth and Zachary if anything happens and they need medical attention in the states. However, the other day we had a free day and so headed to the beach with the kids. Now, for anyone living in Ontario you know we haven't had very many days we would consider beach days. But we were going to the beach rain or shine. And did it ever rain! We were chuckling to ourselves as we were driving to the beach in the middle of such a down pour. As you can see in a couple of our pictures it wasn't the best weather at the beach. It did, however, stop raining and Vern, Titus, and Zachary did jump in and swim for a bit. The water was terribly cold so Ruth and I enjoyed watching them freeze in the water. Rain or shine we did get our "beach day" in. Needless to say, none of us wore sun screen and none of us came away with anything resembling a sun burn.
