A little over a week ago I ordered a bunch of Ruth and Zachary's books from Amazon. It was a bit scary experience not knowing in what conditions the books would arrive and if they would arrive on time. I only ordered the books that were a real good savings. Yesterday we picked up all the books and I am happy to report that everything arrived in excellent condition. Over the next couple of days I will see if I can find any of the remaining books that we need on Amazon. We will most definitely be doing this as much as possible to save on the cost of university. So if there is anyone out there like myself that has never ordered through Amazon, don't be afraid to try it out. I give it "Two Thumbs Up". Now Ruth's biggest problem with her books is going to be with all the back trouble she will have carrying them around as several are VERY heavy.
Wow I didn't know you could do that on Amazon. I do shop for great deals on Amazon for the girls homeschool books.
ReplyDeleteAs for Ruth, I've seen people at conferences use their luggage on wheels to carry their books. I don't know how cool that would be for her.
I told Ruth should should use a suitcase with wheels on it but she wasn't too excited about walking around the university with a "suitcase".
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you've been able to get the books cheaper :) Yah, we've been buying ours from Ebay. Who's taking Sociology? I'm taking it this year too...not to sure what I think about that, but it's required, so yah. I sure hope Ruth's back won't start hurting!! They should invent something that would fly and take your books to class :) haha!
