As most of your faithful blog readers know, Ruth was overjoyed when she was able to get herself a laptop for university. Well, that joy was short lived as she has been having one big headache with her computer. When she bought her computer she bought a warranty that was supposed to cover every thing, even dropping it. Last weekend we called the place Ruth got her computer only to find out that it would cost $149 for them to look at it to tell her what was wrong with it. Ruth was able to have two different IT guys from the university look at her computer and it has been determined that it is a hard drive problem. We have now been working directly with HP and they have been very helpful. Unfortunately Ruth is going to have to send her computer to Texas for them to fix it. Therefore she will be without a computer for several weeks. Papers are piling up and the whole purpose she bought the lap top was to be able to use it in university for homework. We would appreciate your prayers that every thing would work out in a timely manner and that her computer doesn't get lost in the mail during this process. THANKS!
